Amenities That Make Hosting Easy

You’ll have access to reliable high-speed WiFi, flexible tables and seating, bright natural light, and a layout that adapts to your event flow. Everything is designed to make hosting simple so you can focus on your group instead of managing every little detail.

For presentations, trainings, and workshops, the TV + podium setup makes it easy to share slides, lead a discussion, or guide the room through an activity. The flexible seating also gives you room to set up the space around your event, whether you need a classroom-style layout, a collaborative workshop setup, or a more open arrangement for networking.

Equipment-wise, we can support presentations and hybrid-friendly setups, including a rolling 70” HD screen with webcam, corded HDMI & USB, plus a webcam and area microphone.

The event space is semi-private, with a curtain divider separating it from the main coworking area. Evening events are typically much quieter, since most members have left for the day. And if you’re hosting a smaller group that needs a fully private setup, we also have smaller rooms available.

A little planning also goes a long way with parking. Checking parking options ahead of time helps guests arrive smoothly and settle in faster.
