Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for a coworking membership?
To sign up for Membership, we have a couple of options:
- Schedule a quick ‘Book a Tour‘ appointment to come in to sign up, and we’ll ensure you get your personalized KeyFob and set up online.
- Call the front desk to sign up over the phone and schedule a quick time to come in to get your membership materials.
If you’re interested in signing up short-term, feel free to check out our day pass pack offerings and purchase online.
Can I be a member for one month only?
Yes, if you’d like to get a 1-month non-recurring membership, we have the following 3 options:
- $150 for a 5-Day Pack
- $250 for a Part-Time Cowork Membership (Up to 10-Days)
- $450 for an Open Cowork Membership (Unlimited Use for Up to 30 Days)
You can purchase any of these options on our Day Passes Page.
Otherwise, our normal and further discounted memberships are monthly recurring with a 2-month minimum.
Can I work on the weekends or after front desk hours?
Members and Day Pass Pack holders have 24/7 access to the space and can enter using their KeyFobs.
You are welcome to work in the space on weekends, early mornings, late nights, whatever is best for you. Our only limitation is that you cannot camp in the coworking space, as each visit is for up to 14-hours.
Can I use the conference rooms?
Yes! All of our Memberships include conference room credits.
We do require you to reserve the conference room in advance. If you’ve used all of your credits, you can purchase additional conference room hours at a discounted rate depending on your membership level.
Can I bring a friend or coworker with me?
Yes! Depending on your Membership, you’re allowed to bring up to 1-3 free guests per month, and unlimited guests (one at a time) when it’s their first time.
Part Time Members: One Free Guest Pass Per Month
Open Cowork Members: Two Free Guest Passes Per Month.
Dedicated Desk Members: Three Free Guest Passes Per Month
Additionally, members can bring unlimited guests each month if it is their first time visiting the space.
Additionally, all Members have access to discounted Day Passes for guests who would like to visit the space with you frequently.
Is Mail Service included?
Yes, basic mail service is included for Open Cowork, Dedicated Desk, and Office memberships. Part-Time members can sign up for mail service as an additional membership.
Do members get discounts on space use and guest passes?
Yes! As a member, you qualify for discounts on the cost of booking the event space, conference rooms, and guest passes depending on your level of membership.
All memberships include complimentary conference room credits, but if you’ve used all of your credits then you can purchase additional conference room hours at a discounted rate depending on your membership level.
Do you offer Team Memberships for companies?
Yes we do!
If you have a team that you’d like to have access to cowork together, we can build a custom team membership for you depending on the needs. Simply call or email us ([email protected]) and we’ll put together a custom team membership for you.
We’d just need to know how many coworkers, how oftern/how they plan to use the coworking space (meeting space, etc), and we’ll send you a quote to get started.
As a Part-Time member, can I access the space more than 10 days per month?
Yes! You are able to purchase discounted Day Passes once you’ve used up the 10 days included in your membership. These will be automatically charged upon sign-in to your card on file for $20/day (so same rate as your membership).
Do offices come with equipment?
Our smaller offices include 3 desks, each with wide-screen monitors. Offices also come with the option for adjustable height desks. You are welcome to bring your own equipment and personalize your office as much as you’d like!
What’s the guest pass policy at CoCo?
All memberships include unlimited first-time guest passes—so if someone’s never been to CoCo, they’re welcome to check it out with you anytime! On top of that, active members get a monthly allotment of guest passes (ranging from 1 to unlimited) depending on their membership level. Office members can even bring guests as often as they like, as long as they fit within their office space.
