Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for a coworking membership?
We encourage all of our members to book a tour to get a feel for the space! After stopping by, you can either sign up in-person while at the space, or we can send you a sign-up link to complete from home.
Can I be a member for one month only?
Our memberships are of a recurring nature, as they offer significantly discounted rates on access and amenities. Memberships simply require a minimum 2-month commitment, with 30 days written notice provided to cancel.
Can I work on the weekends or after front desk hours?
Members have 24/7 access to the space and can enter using their membership key fobs. You are welcome to work in the space on weekends, early mornings, late nights, whatever is best for you! Our only limitation is that you cannot camp in the coworking space.
Can I use the conference rooms?
Yes! All of our membership levels include conference room credits. We do require you to reserve the conference room in advance. If you’ve used all of your credits, you can purchase additional conference room hours at a discounted rate depending on your membership level.
Can I bring a friend or coworker with me?
Yes! As a member, you will receive discounted Day Passes to use for guests to come use the space with you. We do require all guests to purchase a Day Pass to use the space.
Is Mail Service included?
Yes, basic mail service is included for Open Cowork, Dedicated Desk, and Office memberships. Part-Time members can sign up for mail service as an additional membership.
Do members get discounts on space use and guest passes?
Yes! As a member, you qualify for discounts on the cost of booking the event space, conference rooms, and guest passes depending on your level of membership.
All memberships include complimentary conference room credits, but if you’ve used all of your credits then you can purchase additional conference room hours at a discounted rate depending on your membership level.
How do the Monthly Referral Credits work?
If you are a member and refer a friend or colleague to also become a Cowork + Connect member, you will get a credit applied to the monthly cost of your membership for as long as you both remain members.
Credits are calculated based on your membership level, as well as the cost of the membership level in which your colleague signs up for.
For example, if you are a Part-Time member then you qualify for a 10% referral credit. If the colleague you refer also becomes a Part-Time member at $199/month, then 10% of their membership fee (equal to $19.99) will be applied as a discount to your membership cost every month.
Another example – if you are a Part-Time member and your friend becomes a Open Cowork member at $349/month, your 10% referral credit will equal to a $34.99 discount on your membership each month. If they sign up for a Dedicated Desk membership at $549/month, then your discount is $54.99 per month.

As a Part-Time member, can I access the space more than 10 days per month?
Yes! You are able to purchase discounted Day Passes once you’ve used up the 10 days included in your membership. These will be automatically charged upon sign-in to your card on file.
Do offices come with equipment?
Our smaller offices include 3 desks, each with a wide-screen monitor. Offices also come with the option for adjustable height desks. You are welcome to bring your own equipment and personalize your office as much as you’d like!
